If you are new to therapy I would be glad to answer any questions you might have about therapy in general. We can then follow up with an on-line video visit if appropriate.

If you have a scheduled appointment and you need to cancel or reschedule that appointment please notify me at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Please see What if something comes up and I cannot keep a scheduled session? on the FAQ's page.
Cancellation/rescheduling is best done by Text Message at 408-203-0135, but If you do need to cancel an appointment by E-mail, please do so more than 48 hours in advance of the original schedule date to avoid a cancellation fee. .For non-time-sensitive E-mail my address is adelinamft@yahoo.com.
If you need to fax me a document my private fax number is (408) 520-4570. (Do not use fax for scheduling or cancellation.)
If you need to send me a document via the Post Office (old fashion Snail Mail) please contact me using one of the methods above to get my home/office address.
